Developing an integrated plan for home-stay at Thitabi Village and Vaisakhare in Murbad Taluka of Thane District

• Contributions: Principal Architect for preparation of submission drawing, detailed estimates, Detailed working drawings and site supervision throughout implementation.

The proposal was to create a lake tower merged with the surrounding landscape located at Murbad. The idea was to develop a nature interpretation centre. The design stands out due to its elliptical form along with thought provoking roof form. It was to break the monotonous form of the lake tower to create a rhythm.

The site is located at Nimji, Nagpur

The site was surrounded by fertile farmland with paddy fields, and myriad plantations.

The evolution of built form can be seen as the result of interaction between the user and his environment, which not includes the natural, but also the social and the economic environments. The foremost requirement was of multidimensional space at one level where family can interact, come together amidst nature. With regards to natural look, the exposed brickwork and the roof form from the road is a striking feature; attracting the local public.

With a unique landscape, and environmental surroundings where calm and tranquility predominate on the natural environment. A home away from home is a lost paradise. The grounds were chosen for their natural beauty, flora which gives a picturesque tone to the enterprise.

Resort is made up of 5 major accommodation facility along with recreational spaces. To provide facilities at one place.

The accommodation majorly are single, duplex, exclusive, Tent, dormitory.

The site is not simply a township but its divine and unbeatable experience with secured and promising environment. It’s not only to make you feel refreshing but to experience step away from the hustle bustle of urban areas in the lap of nature. It is located on hill and design responds well to the sloping sit, creating interesting views. Also, rainwater harvesting and waste water recycling has been integrated in the plan of the township to make it environment friendly

The site is located amidst the beautiful landscape in Wardha.

The Building is in its completion stage, resulting in a sober building with geometric purity resolved with a usual material that does not intend to compete with the cacophony of the real estate projects.

Developing a Samadhi in a temple complex situated at Wardha.  It was to create the utterly absorptive contemplation of the absolute that is undisturbed by any thought or emotion. The building references aspects from temple architecture which is reinterpreted in a contemporary way.

The idea was to create “A simple yet monumental look to a structure.”

The site has three significant characteristic. Firstly the structure has its own dynamism. Secondly the geometry that has been evolved with grid and triangular entities. Thirdly site is very serene which broods to develop a beautiful landscape surrounding the proposed building.

Now Ongoing Construction of apartment at Giripeth

The Garden Restaurant is located on busy Amravati Nagpur Highway on outskirts of Nagpur. The Garden restaurant has options for dining with variety of ambience along Kitchen, serving counter, a small office and a machan.

Also, the notion of Landscape provided is for visual screening. The plant species are local brooding upon the surrounding landscape.

A competition entry organized by Archmello “STUDENT HOUSING” as a  5^th SPACE which is for self-exploration, confidence building and skill development providing whole spectrum of privacy from very personal and social spaces

The site located in hustle bustle area of Nagpur. The establishment of constructions with specific characteristics (Parking, Orientation, Relationship to the surrounding building) and an ambitious objective in terms of density. The play with light returning subtle shades depending on the orientation.

The site located in hustle bustle area of Nagpur. The building located amidst the residential area. The key was to design in Contemporary multi-functional building. The building which eaves new and obscure formal elements into the established neighborhood.
